Corn have inner and outer endosperm. Purple outer endosperm is dominant to colorless outer endosperm. Yellow inner endosperm is dominant to white inner endosperm. Inner endosperm color is not seen if outer endosperm color is in the dominant form. Purple outer endosperm gene is suppressed and not expressed when a dominant color suppressor gene is present. this ques means that if R is present and any allele with this except C then inner endo colour not seen. if C present then purple not seen. for eg CcRrYY. u have capital R so no inner endosperm colour. plus C present so no outer endosperm colour as well....
