Write an equation in slope-intercept form for the line that satisfies the following condition. x-intercept 12, and y-intercept 14

y=-(14/12)x + 14; you could come at this answer in a number of ways, here is what i did, I know slope is rise over run and I know that x=12, y=0 and (0,14) are points on the line, then slope is 14-0/0-12=-14/12 or -7/6, then all I needed to do was compile this slope with the intercept.
