Well, I don't think that a user has to get a high SS for being an admin. What he basically needs is the knowledge about the languages required in programming of a website. I am sure, all the users will be happy to have a new admin, hope to see the site developing more and more now! I have seen the questions answered by him, I can assume that he is surely having a very good knowledge of CS.
