I believe there is a theorem that states angle(cd)=angle(ab), am I right?

I don't know

The theorem states that any two intersecting lines have two sets of identical angles in this case we are interested in angle(dce)=angel(acb). Then we are given that bc=ce and ac=cd, then using side angle side theorem for triangles we know de=ab.
