just type your question here
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Mrs. miller sells a house 179,000. If she earnsa commition of 6 % how much does she earn.
Write a paportion and show your work
OpenStudy (jacobbenvenutty):
First off i just wanted to say that im sorry for the whole misunderstanding with me and Kstate... Anyways:
Basically what you have to do is find out what 6% of 179,000 is.
Since im sure you know 6% is realy 6/100 you would divide 6 by 100 in your calculator.
that would equal .06
Then you multiply the .06 by your original 179,000 and thats your answer
OpenStudy (jacobbenvenutty):
once you do that just tell me what you get so i can crossreference it. : )
OpenStudy (anonymous):
ok
