Is anyone available to help with a dimensional analysis problem for a medal and favorite?

How many square inches in 13.65 square centimeters?

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

Well, we know that 1 square inch = 6.4516 square centimeters so \[\large 13.65 \text{square centimeters} * \frac{\text{1 square inch}}{\text{6.4516 square centimeters}}\] this will now look like \[\large \frac{\text{13.65 text square centimeters, square inch}}{\text{6.4516 square centimeters}}\] Which simplifies to 2.12 Square Inches

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

Just remember that here... you place the units that you WANT in the numerator...and the units you want to cancel in the denominator...
