Just add the number part....leave the x part alone That's the general rule when adding together 2 terms with the same variables.

Bangkok is correct....add 16 and 9 and leave the x^3 the same.

i pretty sure you add them to get 25^6

no...you do not add the exponents. 16x^3 + 9x^3 = 25x^3
