@legendarymath

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sum up the hours first and tell me

OpenStudy (usarmy3947):

4+3+7=?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That will be 14 hours.

OpenStudy (usarmy3947):

lol ok and thats the only answer choice but lets make sure :)

OpenStudy (usarmy3947):

wait look one of the minutes is 58 so that gets turned into one more hour

OpenStudy (usarmy3947):

so now its 15 hours

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That can't be. When you add up the minutes it is 132. (17+58+45+12)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

after adding the minutes divide it by 60 to get the total in hours

OpenStudy (usarmy3947):

well i did it with google calculator and it gave me 16.2 hours

OpenStudy (anonymous):

132/60=2 hr. 12 min. Add it up with 14 hr. you get 16 hr. 12 min.

OpenStudy (usarmy3947):

great job @legendarymath :)
