1/3 ( 6 - 15x) = -2 + 4x the 1/3 is distributed to what is in the parentheses This becomes. 2 - 5x = -2x + 4x.
2 - 5x = -2 +4x*
From there just solve for x. Can you do that?

2 - 5x = 4x - 2 right sham? ^_^
2 - 5x = 4x - 2 you need to get x on one side. so let's add 5x to both sides. 2 = 9x - 2 add 2 4=9x divide both sides by 9 . 4/9 = x
