Solve the equation
t/3 - 1/2 = 1 t/3= 1+ 1/2 t/3 = 3/2 (improper fraction of 1 1/2) To solve for t, we need to use cross products (in a little more complex way). \[\frac{ 3 }{ 2 } = \frac{ t }{ 3 }\] Cross multiply. 3 x 3= 9 9=2t Solve for t, you will have to do 9/2=4.5. t=4.5
