As a result of the Boston Tea Party in 1773 , colonist where upset because

1.It was unfair that only one colony was granted special rights.
2.The king passed intolerable acts that threatened there natural rights.
3.They believed only people in Massachusetts should be punished.
4.The British refused to supply the colonist with tea and other goods.
