3n+4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

first equate it to 0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3n+4=0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

transpose 4 to the right side

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you transpose?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you would get 3n=-4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you need to isolate n

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you can do that by simply dividing the whole equation by 3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

now you get n=-4/3

@samuel-leight kinda quiet over there…are you following what @derek11111 has said? oh and also, @derek11111 do you know for sure if 3n+4=0, or what this user is even asking? like, if he's asking if this is an expression or an equation, idk. Some people just need to be more specific in their questions

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah,, i was just assuming that @samuel-leight gave an equation. xD

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

lol idk, he wasn't very specific. Nice job overall tho derek
