BUG: The banner that appears below the top line is covering the top of the items displayed in the right-hand-side. So, for example, when you click on a question to view it, you have no access to leave that question as the link is now hidden under this banner. This is on Google Chrome Version 22.0.1229.79 on Mac OSX v10.7.5
