Im so confused on this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If there are 16 fl oz., then you would want to find the cost of a singular (1) fluid oz. To do this you would want to divide the cost of 16 fl oz ($2.00) by 16 so as an equation: 16x = 2.00, where x represents the cost of 1 fl oz. To solve for this reverse the operation of multiplication by dividing 16 from both sides (this is called the division property of equality) 16x = 2.00 /16 /16 x = .125 If you want you cant round this to say that 1 fl oz is approximately 13 cents or just .125 dollars
