a. about 47 cups b. 49.3421053 c. (answer yourself) but to me, it is reasonable.

because if you rounded the .38 cents to 40, you would get 47 cups because there are less groups of 40 cents in 18.75 dollars. if you just did .38, which is what i did in the second part, you would get more groups of .38., 49. 47 is pretty close to 49.
