We calculate sin, cos and tan on right angle triangle. Can any body tell me what these actually tells us? or why we calculate these things?
the right angle triangle consist of a 90 angle|dw:1383759990906:dw|
i know that but my question is what sin, cos and tan tells us?
the right tringle consist of adjacent ,opposite and hypothesis and sin=opposite/hypothesis and so on
i know how to calculate them. i think i can't explain what i want to say due to my bad english. Let me say that i have calculated sin of a given angle. but what this sin means. what we get after calculating it?
well that like asking why 2+2=4 its in math that each angle have sin cos tan...... i dont know more sooryy cant help:(
Thanks for your kind attention! Have a nice day!
you too:)
feel free to ask me anything:)
I think I know what you mean....you want to know why we calculate these things to begin with? You understand how to do it, but you want to know why and what it achieves. As in, what does Sin30 or Cos45 or Tan68 actually mean? Unfortunately I cannot provide an answer for you, but hopefully this will help someone answer it :)
