Determine algebraically whether the function is even, odd, or neither. f(x)=3x^3+5 please explain

i think that you need to find the double or triple derivative or just ut the value of the function as zero and solve the equation so if you get the answer as -ve, the function may be -ve and vice-versa i don't have a clear idea but as per my understanding, the function may be -ve
