OpenStudy (mony01):

to find the dimensions of a rectangle do you multiply width and length

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, Area = length x width

OpenStudy (anonymous):

to find area you multiply width and length but what do you mean to find "the dimensions"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if you are given an Area, and either lenght of width, you can solve for the missing dimensions.

OpenStudy (mony01):

if the area is 7.5 and a side is 2.12 would you divide 7.5/2.12 to get the other side?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep, very good!
