Members of the supreme court are not elected, President and Vice President must be 35 or older, therefore among the choices it must be a Senator which has a minimum age of 30.

I agree with KenLJW....supreme court justices are appointed and to be a president or vice president, you have to be 35 years of age. By process of elimination, the answer is Senators.
