a man decided his boat from point A on bank of a straight river 3 km wide and wants to reach at point B 8km downstream on the opposie bank as quickly as soon.he could row his boat direcly across the river to the point C and then run to point B or he could row directly to B or he could row directly to some point D b/w C and B and then run to B .
