6.00SC Spring 2011 prob set 4 Caesar Cipher
The problem set solution posted does not seem to go with this problem. Does anyone have a solution copy you could pass on? Thank you.

There are three variations of the recursive find best shifts, two use a class to hold information. It is littered with comments, I can clean it up if you want.
