Find the surface area of the prism. A. 2299 mm2 B. 2954.5 mm2 C. 3173 mm2 D. 498,180 mm2
plz help
If you don't remember the formula for the surface area (I know I sure don't) you can always add up the areas of all of the faces. So that's two triangles and three rectangles.
click on the link ok
I did!
Imagine breaking it into pieces. |dw:1383868196303:dw|
I believe the formula is SA = wh + lw + lh + ls
i'm in 6th grade
w = width h = height l = length s = side
So? 6th graders can find the areas of triangles and rectangles.
i know
i think i'm dum
That doesn't help. Be positive. :D What is the area of a 30x38 rectangle?
1140
Good. Now look at the diagram and figure out the dimensions of the other two rectangles on its side, and find the area of them, too. :D Since the height is 38, then everything is going to be __x38.
ok
this is hard
i came here for an answer
