you would add both sides the 70 and the 50 and then subtract it from 180. assuming they are both congruent.

50 + 70 = 120. All triangles are equal to 180. Also, both triangles are congruent. Meaning you need to add the two angles A and Y. Then subtract 60 from 180 to get 60 as your answer.
