OpenStudy (agent0smith):

Longest side will be opposite the largest angle.

OpenStudy (firejay5):

@agent0smith yes I understand, but which side is the longest

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

the side opposite the biggest angle|dw:1383870757077:dw| a is opposite to A, b opposite to B, c opposite to C

OpenStudy (firejay5):

I meant on my diagram

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

Find the biggest angle. Then use that pic above to decide what side is directly opposite that angle.

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

OpenStudy (firejay5):

Well it looks like D is beside 70 and 59 which is opposite of B 58 and 56

OpenStudy (firejay5):

Just letting you know I posted a picture of my diagram/worksheet

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

The sides options are AB, BC, CD, and AD. All you have to do is find which of those is opposite 70

OpenStudy (firejay5):

B is opposite

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

B isn't a side, it's a vertice.

OpenStudy (firejay5):

56 degrees

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

That's an angle, not a side. |dw:1383871403955:dw| in this pic, side BC is opposite the angle 70
