-6z + 28 = 9z - 2 (add 2 to both sides)
-6z + 28 + 2 = 9z - 2 + 2
-6z + 30 = 9z (add 6z to both sides)
-6z + 6z + 30 = 9z + 6z
30 = 15z (now divide by 15)
2 = z
