You can get medals by answering the questions of the topic which you like or which you think you can help in. Moreover, if you see some user helping you or any other user very nicely , don't forget to award that user with a medal ("Best Response") . Good Luck and :

And now medals can help you get certain titles. There are 3 titles in most subjects.
The first title requires 50 medals to unlock, the 2nd one 500 medals. And the 3rd one takes 3000 medalas to unlock.
There are different titles per subject too. :P
