Are the lines –7x – 8y = 0 and –7x – 8y = –3 parallel, perpendicular, or neither?

Put each of those equations in slope intercept form: y = mx + b If your m's are the same, they're parallel. If your m's are negative reciprocal's, they're perpendicular. Otherwise, they're neither. Questions?
