some what but not at hard, it is quite fragile. but yes i guess it could be sodium metal
it builds up as you pour it, if you were to pour it out of a glass.

sodium metal is sodium in its physical solid form, what hot ice is, is sodium mixed with the elements in baking powder nd made into a solid.
