you plot (x,y) points here, y is the same as f(x), so you plot (x, f(x) ) if x is p+1, replace x with p+1 in (x, f(x) )
Ohhh, so I have (p + 1, f(x))?
you want to replace *all* the x's in (x, f(x) ) with p+1
