can you find the slope f y = 3x+2 line ?
compare it with y=mx+c m= slope

Parallel slopes are equal. just plug in the the coordinates of (5,2) into y=mx+b since you have your x and y coordinates and your slope. from there you just need to solve for b to get your equation
