Well which part don't you understand? A lot of this involves things like talking to your classmates. I can tell you how to do the linear regression and the quadratic regression but aside from that there isn't much we can do about it. You'll need a graphing calculator for it.

Three points are given, and it's asking for the maximum height, which, modeled this way, is the vertex of the parabola. So finding the equation of this parabola seems to be the best path to the solution.
