who has Geometry A in CA ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i do

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you help with > Lesson 5: Lines and Triangles Geometry A Unit 3: Parallel and Perpendicular Lines . i just need too know what she wants me to do questions 4-8 ? @kayleejones0697

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hang on ill go look at it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

on the quick check?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea on the quik check it says i have to put a short answer ? i dont know how ? @kayleejones0697 & @Merymartinez no..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you want the answers or help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

answers ? @kayleejones0697

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah i have them

OpenStudy (anonymous):

true

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea so both >.< lol @kayleejones0697 @Merymartinez

OpenStudy (anonymous):

number 4 is really easy its a triangle and all triangles equal 180 so what you need to do is subtract the two given numbers from 180 and you get the missing angle measure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so you would say k = ? and # + # +# =180

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im not sure there is only two numbers ? @kayleejones0697

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Mine says find the value of k. The diagram is not to scale.|dw:1383968738924:dw| looks like that ? @lanana

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes , but the K is on the other corner of the triangle ... @kayleejones0697

OpenStudy (anonymous):

with the same numbers? @lanana

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok its still worked out the same way you would do 180-62-45=? and 62+45+?=180

OpenStudy (anonymous):

73 ? @kayleejones0697

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is that how you get the answers to the questions ? @kayleejones0697

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that show you get number 4 but only number .........for number 5 You need to sove it by setting up an equation by supplementary angles using angles STR and STU .......and for number 6 you need to solve it by setting up an equation by the triangle exterior angles theorem......for number 7 you have to write a paragraph proof....for number 8 you have to tell if the frame will be parallel or not and you have to explain

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats how*

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but only number 4....*

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay makes sense thanks alot.(: @kayleejones0697

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No problem @lanana anytime you need more help let me know
