Like I understand how they set it up, i'm just not sure what order they solved it for the 3rd part
exponent = 12*5 = 60
yeah i got that but i got 4.239
(1+0.0291)^60 = 1.19.9

okay, so do you do 0.0291^60 first then add the one?
no, 1+ 0.0291 = 1.0291 then 1.0291^60
got it now ?
