well let P be the rooms on the Pacific

then the Carribean has P + 38

the Mediterranean has 2P - 40 

so the sum of the 3 expressions is 486

so 

486 = P + P + 38 + 2P - 40

simplify the equation and then solve for P, the number of rooms on the Pacific... 

then you should be able to find the others.
