Can someone tell me how these two series are the same:\[\sum_{1}^{\infty} \frac{ 3^{k-1}}{ 4^{k+1}}=\sum_{0}^{\infty}(\frac{ 3 }{ 4 })^k\]

my book says they are the same, but i dont understand how.

all i see is that they changed the index, it start at 0 instead of 1
