how do you go about solving this? :/ ... show that without considering the components of the respective vectors A x (R x A) = (A x R) x A .... from the cross product rules i know that A x A = 0... but A x R is anti-commutative to R x A... where do I go from there?

They are being crossed in the same order no matter how you split it with parentheses.
