Provide a place to troll I guess. But trolls enjoy trolling in places where people do not want to be trolled, that's why a trolling section won't work at all. It would just be a place where everyone posts useless stuff which is not the purpose of a studying website.

Yes, that was my whole point @thomaster: I agree. Besides we should not basically reward trolls. If they were given a special place just for them, it would be disastrous.

That kind of ruins the point, you know? It's not really trolling if they know you're trolling. 

Sounds more like trolls trolling trolls who are trolling trolls - but in reality, the trolls are being trolled by trolls.
