Assuming that the Ferris wheel is an n-sided polygon, then the sum of all the interior angles of any polygon is 180(n-2) where n = # of sides. Since the sum total of all the angles is 7,740 degrees, set 180(n - 2) = 7740 and you will solve for n, the number of sides in the polygon. Once you know the number of sides, n, then each vertex holds 5 people, so it will be 5 times n.
