9. Write the statement as a biconditional. A If an animal is a dog, then it has four legs, and if an animal has four legs then it is a dog B If an animal does not have four legs, then it is not a dog. C If an animal is not a dog, then it does not have four legs D All dogs have 4 legs.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What is the statement that you want to write the bicondtional for?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I dont see any of those being a Biconditonal.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

same, im soo confused

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Neither do I.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@rockingchick1996 You probably forgot to type the entire question.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

She did lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But anyway usually a biconditional is expressed in an "if and only if" sentence and none of those have it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nope no i did not

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Choice A is written as a biconditional. Just that it's not written in "if and only if" form, but choice A does mean "if and only if".

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No but again you forgot to give us your original statememnt. The conditional

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wait what do u mean the question u helped me on b4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Perhaps the question was asking as to which statement is written as a biconditional? Then A meets that criteria.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No Easyaspi314, she has aksed a series of questions and the firts question she asked had the conditional statement in it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so u want me tp post the one about the dog ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I wasn't following the question about the dog.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

looki4o knows what im talking about

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The original statement was "A dog is an animal with four legs." and ye then the biconditonal would have to be A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so the answer is a then right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, it just loooks weird because it isn't expressed in an if and only if form. Which is usuallythe standard.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

o kk thanx agian

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1. Is the biconditional true or false? A True B False

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If you ask anymore of these questiions make sure to include the conditional statement "A dog is an animal with four legs."

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I would say it is true unless your dog loses its leg or something lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol
