I'm not entirely sure of what your question is, but parallel lines have equal slopes, and perpendicular lines have slopes that are the negative reciprocal of each other.

@ajoy31 so for this would the answer be ? -7? or _7/1 which is basically the same thing but is the fraction neccesary?
