What was the last thing you've struggled with? The problem can be an inner conflict. Maybe you've recently had to make a big decision? If so, you could explain the process of having to consider your values to make the best decision.

Examples of problems teenagers go through are break-ups, loss of loved ones, divorce, self-harm, drug abuse, and more. We need to talk to someone about our issues to get advice, preferably a responsible adult who can get us help. If you can't think of a struggle you've been through chose one of these and use the consulting a responsible adult as to how you solved the problem. Hope this helps.
