2x^2(.21)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how is it .84x^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nvm i figured it out on my own

OpenStudy (anonymous):

smh 2^2 = 4 so 4x^2 so 4*.21 then .84x^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

In your original question, 2x^2(.21), you left the () out around the 2x therefore the answer would have been .42x^2 but when you add the () around 2x you get .84x^2.
