how to Find the measure of unknown angles ?? help pls

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There is a rule that angles on a straight line always add upto 180 degrees .

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So, 7x+11x=180 18x=180 x=180/18 x=10 degrees

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Good job, UditKulka!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you for the medal and the comment :)

You are welcome!

The first question you can use equation to solve. (20x+10)+(3x+9)=180 Now can you solve it?

@phopXD

The second question is same the question that UditKulka helped you. The difference is that in this question there is a right angle, which is 90 degrees. So 90=2x+4x 90=6x 90/6=x x=15

Right, UditKulka!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you solve the equation phopXD?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@phopXD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Let me tell you the solution of the equation, phopXD. (20x+10)+(3x+9)=180 20x+10+3x+9=180 23x+19=180 23x=180-19 23x=161 x=161/23 x=7

ok @Chineseboy15 and @UditKulka and thank you for the help :)
