Please Help Me!!

OpenStudy (amistre64):

a "trick" when dividing fractions is to simply flip the bottom fraction upside down and multiply

Thank you very much!

OpenStudy (amistre64):

youre welcome: for example: \[\frac{2}3{\div\frac{3}4}\to\frac{2}3{\times\frac{4}3}\]

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

remember to always " flip " what you are dividing by example : (2/3) / (3/4) = 2/3 * 4/3 = 8/9 (correct) (2/3) / (3/4) = 3/2 * 3/4 = 9/8 (incorrect)
