OpenStudy (amistre64):

there are a multitude of line form equations ... slope intercept is a common one. its called slope intercept since it uses the slope and y intercept as part of the equation itself. Can you tell us what the generic slope intercept form looks like ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

12*x - 2y = -12 i copied the wrong thing lol

OpenStudy (amistre64):

the current form is called the standard form the slope intercept form is just solving it for y

OpenStudy (amistre64):

subtract off the x parts, and divide off that -2 ....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i still dont get it :P can you draw it for me

OpenStudy (amistre64):

its not drawing, its simple algebra .....

OpenStudy (amistre64):

get y all by itself
