I need to make a molecular 3d model of Vinegar, but Vinegar is Acetic acid mixed with water, it is not a compound it is a mixture. How am I supposed to represent this in a 3d model?

Right, but I have to make a vinegar molecule, how would I combine the 2?
Just draw the two molecules together. Acetic acid is highly soluble in water. Basically, what happens is water abstracts the proton from acetic acid, So you get: \(\sf \color{}{CH_3COO^- + H_3O^+}\)
until you reach equilibrium
So if I were put acetic acid into water, it would become a compound?
vinegar IS an organic compound already. They just stay there floating around as ions.
so if I were to put it into a 3d model it would be CH3COO−+H3O+?
Yes, you would have a container of the ionic form of acetic acid and water floating around in a bottle.
