What is the question?
I believe you have to solve the Compound Inequality.
Yes , but i can't figure it out
the equation on the left is x<-7 and the one on the right is x>4
8-x>15 -x>7 x<-7 ---------------- 6x-13>11 6x>24 x>4 x=-infinity to -7 and 4 to infinity. No solution.

Minor correction @e.cociuba 8-x>15 or 6x-13>11 x=-infinity to -7 OR 4 to infinity. but you had the correct solutions... x<-7 or x>4
if the original was 8-x>15 AND 6x-13>11 there would be no solution
