The greatest common factor here is 4x. Taking that out leaves 4x(x^2+2x-24). Now we need to find two factor of 24 with a difference of 2, which would be 4 and 6. In order for 24 to end up negative, one of the factors must be negative, and in order to get positive 2, it must be the 4. So, we have 4x(x-4)(x+6), which is choice B
