Water is draining and I am finding how fast is the water level falling when the water level is 12 meters high. I have 2/(9pi) as an answer, should it be negative?

I guess I forgot to list the dv/dh as a negative, since it is water draining from the conical shape tank

yes. the decreasing volume of the water would be a negative rate of a change. the sign is negative
