OpenStudy (zned6559):

simplify sin^2(-x)+cos(-x)

OpenStudy (john_es):

Are you sure this is the correct problem?

OpenStudy (zned6559):

simplify sin^2(-x)+cos^2(-x)

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

Sin^2x+Cos^2x+1 so what is the answer?

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

this is true for sin^2(-x)+cos^2(-x) as well. it is just a trigonometric identity.

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

I meant Sin^2x+Cos^2x=1

OpenStudy (zned6559):

huh?
